Blueberry Honey Pancakes

Last week I made these pancakes for a toddler play date. I substituted the sugar for honey. Instead of milk you could also use buttermilk. These can be frozen when cooled and can be a great addition to any lunch time.

Valentines Day Chocolate Strawberries

Valentines Day wouldn’t be so without the chocolate! However having strawberries is a much healthier alternative!
Here is the recipe
YOU WILL NEED
block of bittersweet chocolate, chopped
12 fresh strawberries with leaves
METHOD
Cook chocolate until melted using a double boiler.
Stir occasionally until chocolate is smooth.
Dip each berry in chocolate.
Place on a wire rack
Chill until chocolate is hard

Perfect Rice Every Time
