Instead of desserts high in sugar I have been making smoothies for my toddlers after dinner. They absolutely love it! Kids t.v has some wonderful family ideas
Smoothies are a fantastic way to boost the immune system and keep our families healthy.
Play School Banana Smoothie for 4
Ingredients
2 peeled, chopped bananas
juice of 2 orange
1200 ml carton of milk
2 teaspoon of honey
Directions
• Pour milk into blender
• Add orange juice, then about a teaspoonful of honey and the chopped banana.
• Blend for about 10 seconds, or until mixture is smooth.
