Marinated Chicken & Vegetables
Bacon Spaghetti
Vegetable Soup
Tuna Fusilli
Chilli Beef

- This week there are 3 easy quick dinners with less than 6 ingredients and an easy quick vegetable soup that can be made weeks in advance!
- Marinade the chicken on Sunday evening in a shallow tray
- Chop corn, carrots & broccoli on Sunday night.
- Slice red onion and freeze ready for Friday if you are time poor!
- Place extra marinade in a zip lock bag to freeze for the next time you make this.
- Make soup on the weekend – this recipe is easily doubled & tripled and frozen!
- Make extra Tuna Fusilli for lunches the following day.

- Cherry tomatoes can be a little more expensive but they do tend to keep well in the fridge.
- Buy tomatoes if you want to save a little money this week.
- Place extra serves of marinade from Monday night into a few zip lock bags and freeze and label.
- Freeze each onion in a separate zip lock bag.
- Buy a bunch of lemons while on special and squeeze into ice cube trays ready for dressings and baking recipes.
- Instead of buying Fusilli pasta for the Tuna dish you can simply use spaghetti to save a few dollars.
- This week fresh parsley is required.
- Consider growing your own as a start to your herb garden.

- This week organize a box for your freezer box supplies like zip lock bags, marker & ties.
- Go through your freezer and throw out of date food away. Throw out any unhealthy food too!
- If you organize your pantry, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 12 fresh ingredients for the week!
