  • Make the meat sauce on the weekend and freeze in two batches for Tuesday & Friday.
  • Bake the Macaroni Cheese on the weekend and make 2 so you always have one in the freezer!
  • Place Macaroni in portion controlled containers so you can serve 2 family members at a time – a great stand by for any busy family!

  • Grate extra bags of carrot and zucchini and freeze in zip lock bags.
  • Double up on the meat sauce. Buy less meat and bulk this up with shredded carrots and zucchini.
  • Buy a few packet’s of extra cheese and freeze them when they are on special.

  • Make sure you have enough zip lock bags to freeze extras.
  • Remember the meat sauce can be used many different ways
  • Ground Beef & Mince Beef are the same
  • If you organize your pantry, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 11 fresh ingredients for the week!
