- Buy a BBQ chicken if you do not have time to boil your Vietnamese Chicken.
- You can buy BBQ chickens on special and shred them.
- Place the shredded chicken into one cup portion sized zip lock bags and freeze.
- If you made extra Pasta Pamodra sauce from the previous week then this can be used as your base.
- Simply fry up your onion, carrot, celery and parsely to this tomato based sauce and you will have your Pasta Napolitana sauce all ready.
- Make extra Pasta Napolitana and freeze
- Marinade Ginger Beef overnight and chop chives ready to quickly prepare the following dinner.
- Trim and half beans and dice your red onion the night before and keep covered in the fridge overnight for the Cajun Fish dinner recipe.
- Buy a bottle of lemon juice and keep it in the fridge.
- Wash and use your food processor to cube your potatoes.

- Buy a bag of onions and with a food processor chop your onion.
- Freeze the onions in zip lock bags
- Buy a bunch of lemons while on special and squeeze into ice cube trays ready for dressings and baking recipes.
- This week mint, chives, cilantro or coriander and parsley are required.
- Consider growing your own as a start to your herb garden.
Buy extra garlic bread and keep it in the cold box- Buy a bottle of lime juice and add this to pantry box
- If you organize your pantry, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 14 ingredients for the week!
