A new year to begin meal planning and getting organized! This year we are going to go on a journey and meal plan our dinners using the  200 Weeknight Dinner E-Book.Each week as you join in you will find my time saving and money saving tips! Please feel free to join in with your own tips! We can all learn together as we provide wonderful food and dinner time memories with our families!

  • To save time you can marinade the Sweet Chilli Chicken chicken thighs overnight.
  • Lettuce leaves, capsicum and cucumber can all be prepared and sliced the night before
  • Pasta Pamodra sauce can be made weeks prior and frozen
  • Freeze Pasta Pomodora sauce in 2 cup portion sizes in zip lock bags.
  • Roast Vegetable Dressing can be prepared on the weekend.
  • Make extra Roast Vegetable dressing for your other salads during the week as well as a marinade for your streaks on Friday night.
  • Prepare extra roast vegetables for a quick healthy lunchbox snack the following day.

  • If you forget to buy salsa simply use extra Pasta Pomodora sauce for your fish
  • Serve Salsa Fish with some of Wednesday nights extra roasted veggies
  • Marinade sirloin steaks in the extra Roast Vegetable and lime couscous dressing

  • Buy extra garlic bread and keep it in the cold box
  • Buy some pecans and keep them in your pantry box
  • Buy a bottle of lime juice and add this to pantry box
  • If you organize your pantry, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 11 ingredients for the week!
