You should be a molasses lover for this one. Molasses is a great source of B vitamins and iron, calcium and other minerals. Blend all ingredients together for one minute or until smooth and creamy. Drink cold. (This one is great to make before your shower; place in freezer while you shower and drink when dressed and ready for work.) Great for the kids as well!
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 raw egg, washed before you crack it
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 handful almonds
- 1 teaspoon lecithin granules
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Mix all ingredients in the blender and drink up!
