<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Add broccoli, snow peas, water, mushrooms, capsicum, bean shoots and sauce</span></li>

- whole frozen chicken, thawed and rinsed l 1
- olive oil l 2 tbs
- salt l ¼ tsp
- black pepper l ¼ tsp
- dried oregano l ¼ tsp
- paprika l ¼ tsp
- dried basil l ¼ tsp
- cayenne pepper l ¼ tsp
Method for Baked Whole Chicken
- Set oven to 230ºC/460ºF
- Pat chicken dry then rub with oil and sprinkle over mixed seasonings
- Roast chicken in a baking tray for 20 minutes
- Lower heat to 200ºC/400ºF for 40 mins
- Serve with steamed carrots, broccoli, potatoes and gravy
