<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Fry onion and garlic in a little oil</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Add broccoli, snow peas, water, mushrooms, capsicum, bean shoots and sauce</span></li>

- mince beef l 500g (1lb)
- onion, chopped l 1
- minced garlic l 1 tsp
- minced chilli l 1 tsp
- tin chopped tomatoes l 400g (14 oz)
- tomato paste l 4 tbs
- sugar l 1 tbs
- beef stock l 1 cup
- kidney beans, rinsed and drained l 420g (14 oz)
Method for Simple Chili Con Carne
- In a little oil, cook onion, garlic chilli then brown mince
- Add tomatoes, paste, sugar and stock
- Boil then simmer for 25 minutes
- Add beans and cook a further 10 minutes with lid on
- Serve with white rice and corn on the cob
