- Coat chops in garlic and BBQ sauce
- Marinade overnight
- BBQ on the grill chops
- Serve with steamed broccoli, mashed potatoes and carrots

Lamb chops would also be perfect for this recipe! Such a quick recipe. I like to do the prep for this recipe the night before – chop the broccoli, peel the veggies and keep them in a bowl of water in the fridge. Super quick and simple!
