Fish & Baked Wedges

Ingredients for Fish & Wedges

  • white fish fillets l 4
  • salt and pepper l to taste
  • potatoes, cut into wedges l 5 large
  • lemon rind, grated l 2 tbs

Method for Fish & Wedges

  • Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF
  • Mix potatoes with salt, pepper and rind
  • Place on a lightly oiled try and bake for 45 minutes
  • Sprinkle fish with pepper and fry fish in a non stick frying pan till brown
  • Serve with tartare sauce, tomato and cucumber
