Fish & Baked Wedges

Ingredients for Fish & Wedges
- white fish fillets l 4
- salt and pepper l to taste
- potatoes, cut into wedges l 5 large
- lemon rind, grated l 2 tbs
Method for Fish & Wedges
- Preheat oven to 200ºC/400ºF
- Mix potatoes with salt, pepper and rind
- Place on a lightly oiled try and bake for 45 minutes
- Sprinkle fish with pepper and fry fish in a non stick frying pan till brown
- Serve with tartare sauce, tomato and cucumber
