<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>gluten free teriyaki sauce l ½ cup</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>water l 1/3 cup</span></li>

<h2><span style=”color: #fac827;”>Method for Quick &amp; Easy Teriyaki Stir Fry</span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Fry onion and garlic in a little oil</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Add broccoli, snow peas, water, mushrooms, capsicum, bean shoots and sauce</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Serve with rice</span></li>

  • chuck steak, cubed l 1kg (2lb)
  • oil l 2 tbs
  • onion, chopped l 2
  • curry powder l 1/3 cup
  • chilli powder l ¼ tsp
  • minced garlic l 2 tsp
  • tomato paste l 6 tsps
  • beef stock l ¾ cup
  • can tomatoes l 400g (14 oz)
  • salt l 1 tsp
  • *plain flour l 2 tbs
  • *milk l ¾ cup

Method for Easy Beef Curry

  • Fry onions in oil then add curry, chilli, garlic and meat
  • Cook for a few minutes then add tomato paste, tomatoes, stock and salt
  • Simmer, covered for 1-1 ½ hours, stirring a few times
  • *If sauce is thin – mix flour and milk then stir into sauce – cook till it thickens
  • Serve with rice, pineapple pieces, chopped tomatoes, coconut mixed in a little milk and roasted peanuts
