Chicken Tetrazzini Recipe

This recipe is also great for a large crowd, just add a few loaves of homemade fresh garlic bread and some lovely fresh salads and this meal is a winner all round! The greated vegetables can also be frozen and simple added to soups, pastas and sides. A great recipe!

Ingredients for Chicken Tetrazzini

carrots, grated 2
chicken thighs 1 lbs / 500 g
corckscrew pasta, cooked 3 cups
cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups
oil 1  / 1 Tbs
onion, finely chopped 1
organic milk 1/2 cups
parmesan cheese, grated 1 Tbs
sour cream 1/4 cups
zucchini, grated 1


Method  for Chicken Tetrazzini

•    Cook pasta according to packet
•    For the last minute add grated carrot and zucchini to the boiling pasta
•    Drain and set aside
•    Cook onion in a little oil
•    When cooked add soup, milk, sour cream, cheese and pasta mixture
•    Serve with steamed broccoli
