<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Add broccoli, snow peas, water, mushrooms, capsicum, bean shoots and sauce</span></li>

- chicken thighs l 1 kg (2 lbs)
- olive oil l ¼ cup
- lime juice l ½ a lime
- spring onions (scallions) l 2
- cajun seasoning l 3 tsp
- black pepper l to taste
Method for Cajun Chicken
- Cook pasta according to packet
- Drain and keep warm
- Stir chopped sundried tomatoes and capsicum and red onion through pasta
- Stir dressing through pasta
- Serve with 12 olives and 2 Lebanese cucumbers

Remember the chicken will start to cook in the lime juice so don’t leave it to marinade.
