<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>bean sprouts l 1 cup</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>gluten free teriyaki sauce l ½ cup</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>water l 1/3 cup</span></li>

<h2><span style=”color: #fac827;”>Method for Quick &amp; Easy Teriyaki Stir Fry</span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Fry onion and garlic in a little oil</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Add broccoli, snow peas, water, mushrooms, capsicum, bean shoots and sauce</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Serve with rice</span></li>

  • ground beef / mince beef l 500g (1lb)
  • olive oil l 1 tbs
  • onion, finely chopped l 1/3 medium
  • can tomatoes l 400g (14 oz)
  • taco seasoning l 35g (1 oz) pkt
  • kidney beans, drained l 300g (10 oz)
  • water

      Method for Beef Burritos

      • In a little oil cook onions and brown mince
      • Add remaining ingredients
      • Simmer for 15 minutes
      • Place filling in tortilla and wrap
      • Place on an oiled baking tray topped with cheese and bake for 10 minutes or
      • until cheese has melted and is brown on top
      • Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, sour cream, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes
