<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Fry onion and garlic in a little oil</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Add broccoli, snow peas, water, mushrooms, capsicum, bean shoots and sauce</span></li>
<li><span style=”color: #663333;”>Serve with rice</span></li>

- ground beef / mince beef l 500g (1lb)
- olive oil l 1 tbs
- onion, finely chopped l 1/3 medium
- can tomatoes l 400g (14 oz)
- taco seasoning l 35g (1 oz) pkt
- kidney beans, drained l 300g (10 oz)
- water
Method for Beef Burritos
- In a little oil cook onions and brown mince
- Add remaining ingredients
- Simmer for 15 minutes
- Place filling in tortilla and wrap
- Place on an oiled baking tray topped with cheese and bake for 10 minutes or
- until cheese has melted and is brown on top
- Serve with flour tortillas, cheese, sour cream, avocado, lettuce and tomatoes
