Bee pollen is full of amino acids and pantothenic acid, which helps the body deal with stress. The apple fiber (not pectin) is a good way to bring down the glycemic index of the apple juice and provide more bulk.
- 1 cup apple juice
- ¼ teaspoon spirulina
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon bee pollen granules
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon apple fiber
