- Place chicken in a zip lock bag with chopped scallions, cajun seasoning and black pepper immediately after shopping. Label & freeze.
- Place dressing ingredients for Tuesday evening straight into a screw top jar.
- Place dressing ingredients for Wednesday evening straight into a screw top jar.
- Make a extra portion of rice on Wednesday night to freeze for the coming weeks dinners.

- Make double of the Mediterranean Pasta & Rice Salad for the following days lunchboxes.
- Use the Tuesday dressing for Wednesdays Rice Salad.
- Remember 200 Weeknight Dinners will save you money when you regularly assess what is in your pantry. If it means a few flavor changes to save money then go for it!
- Check the price of prawns and if it is cheaper to get chicken then feel free to substitute and make Chicken Noodles instead.
- This week scallions, mint, parsley, cilantro / coriander and basil are required.
- Consider growing your own as a start to your herb garden.

- Make sure you have enough zip lock bags to freeze extra chicken and rice serves.
- This week have a look for cheap herbs or start your garden as you need quite a few herbs this week!
- If you organize your pantry, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 10 fresh ingredients for the week!
