- Marinade Tandoori Chicken on Sunday night.
- Tandoori Chicken is perfect for placing on skewers and placing on the BBQ.
- Make raita & chop bacon for Tuesday on Sunday night.
- Spinach Cannelloni can be prepared, covered and frozen on the weekend.
- Remember you can always swap a night to suit your schedule. For example one of the quickest weeknight dinners is the Sesame Salmon. You can cook this on your busiest weeknight.

- Buying the extra sauces can add up quickly if they are not already in your pantry.
- Buy cumin powder, dried basil, tandoori paste and garam masala over a few weeks.
- Change the Tandoori Chicken to another chicken dish depending on what is in your pantry.
- Remember 200 Weeknight Dinners will save you money when you regularly assess what is in your pantry. If it means a few flavor changes to save money then go for it!
- Check the price of salmon and if it is cheaper to get another kind of fish then feel free to substitute.
- This week cilantro / coriander and basil are required.
- Consider growing your own as a start to your herb garden.

- Have a quick tidy of your fridge and freezer this week as there are quite a few dairy items to get.
- This week organize your flavor box and in particular your spice rack and dried herb.
- If you organize your pantry, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 11 fresh ingredients for the week!
