This week is all about keeping you out of the kitchen! Try and do smaller preparation steps during the week so you can spend more time doing the things you want to do! - Make Chicken Cacciatore on the weekend or up to a week in advance.
- Chicken Cacciatore is a perfect freezer dinner.
- Slice red bell pepper & cucumber on Sunday night.
- Snip scallions on Monday night and keep in an airtight container ready for Tuesday night.
- Slice extra pepper and cucumber for school lunchbox veggie snacks.
- On Sunday night dice and fry bacon rashers. Set aside ready to toss in Tomato & Basil Penne on Tuesday night.
- Make extra Tomato & Basil Penne for a perfect lunchbox meal.
- On Tuesday night prepare vegetables for the Teriyaki Stir-Fry.
- Cook rice or use some rice that has been frozen for Teriyaki Stir-Fry.
- Make extra Thai Beef Salad quick Saturday lunch
- Use a BBQ chicken and make a Thai Beef Chicken for Saturdays lunch.

- Cherry tomatoes can be a little more expensive but they do tend to keep well in the fridge.
- A few dishes require wine but you can leave this out if you want to save some cash.
- Buy tomatoes if you want to save a little money this week.
- Buy a bag of onions and with a food processor chop your onion.
- Freeze each onion in a separate zip lock bag.
- Buy a bunch of lemons while on special and squeeze into ice cube trays ready for dressings and baking recipes.
- Check the price of can red salmon and if it is cheaper than smoked salmon feel free to substitute.
- This week basil, parsley, mint and scallions are required.
- Consider growing your own as a start to your herb garden.

- Buy a few jars of olives & rolls to keep in the fridge.
- This week organize your flavor box and throw out any out of code flavors.
- If you organize your pantry, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 11 fresh ingredients for the week!
