  • To save time use a meat sauce from the freezer. {Last weeks menu}
  • Prepare the Easy Beef Curry and place chopped meat, curry powder, chilli powder, minced garlic and paste in a zip lock bag. Freeze and take out of the freezer on Tuesday evening.
  • Beef Burritos can be prepared the night before, wrapped and kept in the fridge.

  • If you want to have Monday night as a vegetarian dinner then just use tinned tomatoes, basil with a splash of balsamic topped with fresh parsley.
  • Buy a few packet’s of extra cheese and freeze them when they are on special.
  • Make your own homemade garlic bread to save money this week.

  • Buy a few tins of pineapple for months it is not available int he supermarket.
  • If you organize your pantry {place flour tortillas in the freezer, garlic bread and peanuts in the pantry box}, flavor and cold boxes you will only have to buy 6 fresh ingredients for the week!
