Getting kids and especially toddlers to eat can at times be quite challenging. Having a meal plan with variety and nutrition is essential. This meal plan is from 200 Weeknight Dinners both family and toddler friendly – which means you only have to cook once and eat together! My kids gobble up all these recipes and I love the fact I can sneak in more veggies by grating them into their dinners and lunchtime meals.

  • Grate extra carrot and zucchini and freeze.
  • Add these grated veggies as extra serves of veggies through soups, toasties, pastas & sides.
