This is my first menu for 2009 on my new blog! I am really quite excited about all my new recipes. 2008 has been a very busy and challenging year for us as a family. My husband has been unwell for the last 4 months and has lost 11 kgs. He is off to the specialist again this week.
Through this experience, my goal this year is to provide my family with nutritious and healthy meals. This of course only ever happens with menu planning. I hope you can join me in this as a goal!
