Beef & Olive Pesto Burgers

Ingredients for Beef & Olive Pesto Burgers
arugula 1 handful
avocado, diced 1
basil 1/3 cups
ground beef 1 lb / 500 g
pimento olives 1 cups
pimento stuffed green olives, chopped 1/2 cups
scallions, finely sliced 3
water 2 Tbs

Method for Beef & Olive Pesto Burgers
* Combine the beef mince, water, pesto and olives.
* Mix lightly, shape into 4 burgers.
* Preheat the barbecue or pan to moderately high.
* Lightly brush the burgers with oil.
* Add burgers to the barbecue or pan, lower the heat to moderate.
* Cook for 6-7 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked.
* Turn them once only.
* Serve with the rocket and the combined avocado, olives and spring onion.

I’m looking forward to trying the Beef Olive Burgers, they sound delicious and are completely gluten free! :)

what is the difference here with the pimento olives 1 cups, and
pimento stuffed green olives, chopped 1/2 cups? I am so confused…I am super excited about this recipe but I feel like a dog with its head tilted sideways…lol also I’m confused how the whole thing goes together…does it get blended into the meat or does it sit on top like the picture shows?
