Egg & Bacon Baguettes

Egg & Bacon baguettes are great for breakfast, lunch, brunch or a quick dinner! With 5 ingredients this is super easy and delicious. Add a splash of balsamic vinegar to the tomatoes and oven heat your baguettes and this adds extra crunch and a cafe style touch to this meal.

Method for Egg & Bacon Baguettes

  • Begin by frying bacon then tomatoes
  • Place bacon and tomatoes in an oven to keep them warm
  • Slice baguettes and place in the oven
  • Fry eggs
  • Assemble baguettes on a bed of lettuce leaves

lettuce leaves
tomatoes, sliced

Looks good. I oftern make egg and bacon combos for meals, when I’m in a hurry and cannot think of something faster. By the way – what are bacon rashers? I am assuming these are bacon slices.
