
Recipe for Glazed Baked Ham
prepare a day before / cook on the day
In a small bowl mix glaze
orange, grate, zest and juice 1
djon mustard 2 Tbs
brown sugar 3 Tbs
leg cooked ham 1
cloves
white wine ½ cup
Method for Glazed Baked Ham
Preheat oven to 180ºC
Remove skin from ham and score fat in a diamond pattern
Press a clove into the centre of each diamond
Spread glaze over ham
Place ham in a baking dish and pour in wine to prevent ham from sticking
Bake 20 minutes or until a rich shiny colour appears
