Kid Friendly Weeknight Dinner Menu

by Ruthie

kid-friendly-menu

Not only is this weeknight dinner menu kid friendly, the whole family can enjoy this! Quite a few things in this week’s menu can be made in advance. Apricot chicken can be mixed and frozen. Meatballs and meatloaf can be prepared on the weekend and placed in the freezer. The vegetables for the stir fry can even be chopped and frozen! This is a great menu if you are short of time during the week or you want to leave a few kid friendly meals prepared in the freezer for the kids to make!
