My best friend has a little girl who is gluten intolerant. She amazes me in the kitchen with what she can rustle together for what seems such a “limiting” food allergy. However, people who need a gluten free diet actually have a very healthy diet! There are plenty of options out there and it certainly does not have to be boring! I decided that I would love to give this Gluten Free Weeknight Dinner Menu a go! It is full of flavor and delicious! I am also going to plan gluten free breakfasts, lunches and healthy snacks!
MONDAY : Tandoori Chicken & Quick Salad
TUESDAY : Thai Style Green Chicken Curry
WEDNESDAY : Roast Beef & Beetroot Salad
THURSDAY : Salmon Kedgeree
FRIDAY : King Prawn Salad
