
Recipe for Smoked Salmon & Beef Rounds
prepare ingredients a few hours ahead
Mix & Refrigerate for 10 min
cream cheese 1 cup
wholegrain mustard 1 ½ Tbs
djon mustard 2 tsp
lemon juice 2 Tbs
chopped dill 2 Tbs
Serve on
rye bread 12 pieces
cut rounds using a glass
top with
smoked salmon, strips 300g / 10 ½ oz
beef slices, strips 300g / 10 ½ oz
tiny capers (3 on each) 2 Tbs
Method for Smoked Salmon & Beef Rounds
Spread cream cheese mix onto each round of rye bread
Top half with salmon and half with beef
Decorate with a few capers and dill sprigs
Serve immediately
