This is a great menu with each recipe having 5 ingredients or less! A great menu for staying out of the kitchen and out of the shops! I only need to buy 9 ingredients for this menu as most ingredients are already in my pantry and freezer. An added bonus is being able to make extra cottage pie and zucchini fritters that can be frozen for lunches or a weekend meal in the next few months.
MONDAY : Egg & Bacon Baguettes
TUESDAY : Classic Spaghetti
WEDNESDAY : Lemon Basil Baked Chicken
THURSDAY : Zucchini Fritters
FRIDAY : Cottage Pie
