prepare 3 – 5 days ahead
Ingredients for Easy Homemade Ice-cream
vanilla ice-cream, melted 2lts / 4.3 pts
fresh cream 1 ½ cups
condensed milk 1 tin
vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method for Easy Homemade Ice-cream
Melt vanilla ice-cream out of refrigerator
Beat cream till it doubles
Add tin condensed milk & vanilla essence
Beat again till completely blended
Add vanilla ice-cream slowly a few tablespoons at a time
Mix each spooning thoroughly until smooth and running off spoon
Place into a large container, cover and deep freeze
