prepare 3 – 5 days ahead
Ingredients for Easy Homemade Ice-cream
vanilla ice-cream, melted 2lts / 4.3 pts
fresh cream 1 ½ cups
condensed milk 1 tin
vanilla essence 1 tsp
Method for Easy Homemade Ice-cream
Melt vanilla ice-cream out of refrigerator
Beat cream till it doubles
Add tin condensed milk & vanilla essence
Beat again till completely blended
Add vanilla ice-cream slowly a few tablespoons at a time
Mix each spooning thoroughly until smooth and running off spoon
Place into a large container, cover and deep freeze
Just browsing the site over the last few minutes, I have printed a few of the printables. I checked out the many different menus and recipes available. This was right up my alley as I’m “slightly” a fan (ok, I’m addicted) to lists! The thing I love the most so far is the fact that there are SO many recipes to choose from in the categories that I needed the most at my finger tips without have to go SEARCHING every where for them on a daily basis. I actually did not notice before in the description of the site or previous videos about it, but there are the gluten-free, sugar-free and egg-free recipes. I was highly excited about this. It will definitely help me out in stress free meal planning as well as our family eating healthier dinners. Now I’m off to plan my first week, possibly month’s worth, of meals!
