Smoothies are a fantastic way to boost the immune system and keep our families healthy. A smoothie planned into your meal planning will really get extra serves of fruit and vegetables into the diet! An excellent tip for kids who don’t like to eat their veggies! Let them drink them :) The variety is absolutely endless with the amount of fruits and vegetables you can choose from. From plain juices like orange juice and pure apple juice the taste is absolutely amazing compared to buying the store bough varieties. The advantage being you know exactly what is in your drink!

Instead of desserts high in sugar I have been making a small smoothies for my toddlers after dinner. This is their favorite one to date!
