Nanna’s Perfect Pantry Party Cupcakes

I have made these cupcakes for numerous occasions and decorated them differently to suit - birthday parties, high tea, fete’s. They are always a huge success, and the recipe is super quick and easy with all ingredients waiting in the pantry

1 cup milk
2 cups sugar
3 cups self raising flour
4 eggs
5 tablespoons melted butter
teaspoon vanilla

Place ingredients in a large bowl adding melted butter last.
Mix for 2 minutes add vanilla and then beat for a further minute.
Place in patty pans and cook for 10-12 mins in a hot oven 200ºC / 392F
These are great for kids’ parties, decorated as you wish.
